When you get into Badlanders for the first time, you’ll be taken straight into a tutorial zone where you’ll learn the various basics of the game. Throughout the tutorial, you’ll learn a variety of things about the game like the movement, shooting, looting and pretty much every other thing that you need to know to play the game proficiently. Given how much there is to learn from this tutorial, it goes without saying that we recommend paying close attention throughout the entirety of it to ensure that you don’t miss out on any important things about the game.

The gameplay of Badlanders is based around the same tested and true battle royale formula that’s made this genre such a resounding success since it first surfaced. Players get to drop onto a map and, from then onwards, they have to scavenge for equipment, take down other players and swiftly navigate through the map in order to eventually be the last ones standing. Each match feels incredibly intense from start to finish and one unique thing about Badlanders is the fact that there are only 25 players per match instead of the usual and, to compensate for this, the map itself is a bit smaller and this leads to a much more intense experience in which there’s always a potential fight around every corner. The map design is quite creative as well so there are lots of positions that you can hold to get an advantage over your opponents.

Onto the shooting mechanics, we’re glad to say that Badlanders executes these with perfection. The shooting in this game feels precise and responsive so bullets will go exactly where they’re supposed to and, alongside this, there’s also the fact that Badlanders has an enormous array of different weapons that players can utilize over the course of a battle. Each weapon excels at its own specific role and they all feel impactful to use so the balance is spot-on as well.

The graphics of Badlanders are a sight to behold and definitely raise the bar as far as mobile based shooters are concerned. The map in this game is nothing short of breathtaking as it’s packed with high-definition textures that bring it to life, the weapons have realistic and authentic designs, the character models look lively and the level of detail in the game’s special effects is superb as well.
